Trace is active in the following areas:

Trace Group counts 16 agencies, located in Brussels and Wallonia and uses several softwares for its activities:

  • 3 internal applications used by Trace employees.


Project description

Pulsar is the software partner of Trace and ensures the maintenance and extensions of its softwares.

The maintenance activities consists of verifying the proper operation of applications and the correction of any problem encountered.              The extension of softwares consists of adding new functions or modifying existing functions, such as making the screen for candidates applications more user-friendly.


Other developments are foreseen, namely the creation of a dedicated space for the candidates and a module for the management of the offers for coaching and outplacement.


Public website

The public website of Trace gives information about the company activities and its different services. Above these information, certain specific modules allow the visitor to interact with Trace:

  1. Search for vacancies
    Any visitor can search for available vacancies, classified into 3 categories: HR Solutions, housekeeper and jobs at Trace. On this page of the public website, several search criteria are available, allowing to better target the search: keyword, location, distance, type of contract.
  2. Application module
    The candidates can apply online. To do so, he/she just has to encode some information and upload his/her CV and other document (application letter or other).
  3. Trainings module
    Any visitor can search for available trainings and register for a session.


Internal applications

  1. Management of vacancies 
    This application is used by Trace employees to create, publish and edit vacancies for customers.
  2. IntranetSync
    Synchronization of intranet users. This application aims at importing in the intranet database the employees profiles centralized in the active directory in order to give the access to the intranet. It works in background, without GUI (graphical user interface), without human intervention and is automatically performed at regular intervals.
  3. AjaxEditor
    Edition of the public website. This application allows to work on the texts and the design of the public website. It's a technical interface used by the webmaster.
